Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full Time - Night Shift

Position Overview: The Regional Resource RN provides individualized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients by applying theoretical concepts in practice. This role involves floating between multiple designated hospital facilities in the region, ensuring high-quality care across diverse environments. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Adapt to varied clinical settings, demonstrating flexibility and critical thinking.Maintain current licensure and certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS.Handle physical demands such as patient lifting and movement. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Minimum of 3 years emergency department RN experience, with recent practice within the last year.Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.Certifications: BLS mandatory; ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT required within 90 days.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients.
