About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through all life stages in a full-time night-shift Emergency Department position.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within organizational policies.
- Maintain practice standards and coordinate care activities among staff.
- Ensure delivery of quality nursing services.
- Demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Hospital nursing experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN roles.
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license required.
- Required certifications: BCLS; ACLS and PALS within specified timeframes; TNCC and ENPC within 180 days for new or transitioning nurses.
