Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time Day Shift

About the Role

Provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary Emergency Department team.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and performance improvement.
• Support professional development, mentor other nurses, and participate in research and evidence-based initiatives.
• Develop protocols, utilize resources efficiently, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure and required certifications (BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS).
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies, and utilize clinical technology effectively.
