Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Float

Responsibilities

• Function independently, utilizing the nursing process.
• Cookordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks appropriately.
• Identify hospital resources.
• Serve as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrate leadership within the unit or department.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years applicable experience.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in KS and MO (NURSYS).
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
