Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Delivering direct nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practices, and documenting clinical assessments.
• Developing individualized care and discharge plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring patient/family education.
• Delegating tasks effectively and supervising clinical support staff as needed.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, departmental committees, and supporting staff development.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience; BSN and critical care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and knowledge of nursing processes.
• Physical ability to perform patient handling and exposure to healthcare hazards.
