Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, diverse environment including trauma, stroke, pediatric, behavioral health, and burn care.
- Participate in specialized programs such as SANE and Emergency Trauma Nursing Fellowship, providing exceptional care across a wide patient spectrum.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board or a temporary work permit
- Hospital-based experience required; emergency department experience preferred
- Certifications: AHA Healthcare Provider, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC (courses completed within specified timeframes)
