Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Role Summary Provides comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care by performing the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, and ensuring individualized treatment. Collaborates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Supports performance improvement initiatives, participates in professional development, and mentors staff to sustain a qualified workforce. Advocates for evidence-based practice, adheres to organizational policies, and contributes to protocol development to enhance patient safety and quality care. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills while managing resources efficiently. Must possess relevant nursing licensure, certifications (BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS), and a minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
