About the role
The newly renovated Emergency Department at Northwest Hospital is designed for exceptional care, featuring larger treatment rooms and a dedicated Behavioral Health treatment area. This role provides direct clinical patient care under the direction of the unit manager.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to delegate appropriate care.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
