Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

About the role

Join the opening team at a state-of-the-art Emergency Department serving a growing community. This full-time role involves providing direct and indirect nursing care in a 24/7 facility with advanced imaging and laboratory services.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license
• Emergency Department (ED) experience
• Completion of nursing orientation
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• NRP preferred
• TNCC and IV therapy competency required within one year
• Participation in skills assessments and professional development encouraged

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for diverse populations
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care aligned with standards and guidelines
• Support department goals with a customer-focused approach
• Float to comparable units as needed
