Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess and care for patients
- Perform patient care tasks, delegate duties, and supervise staff
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of applicable emergency nursing experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Registered Nurse license (MO) through NURSYS
- Strong teamwork, communication, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills
- Patient-centered, self-driven, and motivated with a focus on exceptional care
