Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Role: Charge RN in a dynamic Emergency Room setting. Responsibilities Coordinate patient flow and oversee triage, stabilization, and emergency care processes.Assign staff and provide mentorship to nursing team members.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Support a culture of compassion, teamwork, and ongoing learning.Participate in process improvement initiatives and staff development efforts.
