Responsibilities
- Working independently and utilizing the nursing process
- Coinciding patient care with a multidisciplinary team
- Delegating tasks appropriately
- Serving as a clinical resource for new staff
- Demonstrating leadership within the unit or department
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support certification
- Prior ED RN experience is preferred
