Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
- Demonstrate critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Strive to exceed patient expectations
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility)
- BLS Certification
- Emergency Department experience required
Qualifications
- At least one year of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting
- ACLS, PALS Certification (required within 6 weeks of hire)
- TNCC Certification (preferred)
Schedule
- 24 hours a week
- Weekend and Holiday rotation
- Work Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Pay
$36.93 - $80.96 per hour. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, and compensation is governed by its terms.
