We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading, no Job ID. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: First paragraph: "As a Registered Nurse Emergency Coordinator, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn –whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing." That's about the role: could be "About the role". Use

About the role

then

...

. Next: "Job Summary And Qualifications The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. That's also about role/responsibilities. Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll decide. Then: "What you will do in this role:" followed by bullet-like sentences (but not bullet list). We need to convert to
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to list each duty as
  • . List items: - Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care. - Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team. - Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service. - Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary. - Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives. - Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. - Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization. - Assists with staff scheduling. - Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines. - Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment. Then: "1 years experience Required Years of Experience" seems garbled. Probably "1 year experience required". We'll treat as requirement: 1 year experience required. Then Benefits section: "Benefits 1 years experience Required Years of Experience Las Palmas Medical Center, offers a total rewards package..." Actually the text: "Benefits 1 years experience Required Years of Experience Las Palmas Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues. The available plans and programs include: Comprehensive benefits for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health and telemedicine servicesWellbeing support, including free counseling and referral servicesTime away from work programs for paid time off, paid family leave, long- and short-term disability coverage and leaves of absenceSavings and retirement resources, including a 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, flexible spending accounts, preferred banking partnerships, retirement readiness tools, rollover support and financial wellbeing counselingEducation support through tuition assistance, student loan assistance, certification support, dependent scholarships and a partnership with Galen College of NursingAdditional benefits for fertility and family building, adoption assistance, life insurance, supplemental health protection plans, auto and home insurance, legal counseling, identity theft protection and consumer discounts Learn More About Employee Benefits Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location." We need to extract benefits list. Let's parse benefits: - Comprehensive benefits for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health and telemedicine services - Wellbeing support, including free counseling and referral services - Time away from work programs for paid time off, paid family leave, long- and short-term disability coverage and leaves of absence - Savings and retirement resources, including a 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, flexible spending accounts, preferred banking partnerships, retirement readiness tools, rollover support and financial wellbeing counseling - Education support through tuition assistance, student loan assistance, certification support, dependent scholarships and a partnership with Galen College of Nursing - Additional benefits for fertility and family building, adoption assistance, life insurance, supplemental health protection plans, auto and home insurance, legal counseling, identity theft protection and consumer discounts Also note: "Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location." That's a note; we could include as a

after list. Also there is a quote from Erica Rossitto etc. That's maybe "About the organization" but not required. Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a quote; could be considered substantive? Might be considered fluff but it's about HCA Healthcare commitment. Might keep as "About the organization" but we have no heading for that; we could put under About the role? Probably not needed. Also description of Las Palmas Medical Center: "Las Palmas Medical Centeris a 300+ bed full-service hospital in El Paso. It is home to the region’s only kidney transplant center. The facility offers a range of services including emergency care with a Level III trauma center, cardiac care, women’s services, pediatric care and NICU, cancer care, and more. Las Palmas Medical Center is part of Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare. We are a leading healthcare provider for El Paso and the surrounding region that is part of HCA Healthcare. HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies® by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times. In recent years, HCA Healthcare spent an estimated $3.7 billion in cost for the delivery of charitable care, uninsured discounts, and other uncompensated expenses." That's substantive about the facility; could be "About the facility" but we don't have that heading. Could be part of About the role? Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role or separate section "About the facility". Since we only have predefined headings, we could use About the role to include that info. But we already have About the role with initial paragraph. Could extend. We must not invent sections like "About the facility". So we can put that info under About the role as additional paragraphs. Also there is a line: "If this opportunity is your next step in your career path, we encourage you to apply for our Registered Nurse Emergency Coordinator opening. We review all applications. Qualified candidates will be contacted by a member of our team. We are interviewing, apply today!" That's application instructions; we must remove. Also EEO statement: remove. Thus final HTML: sections:
