Registered Nurse ED - Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive patient care tailored to individual needs.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Ensure safe, timely, and accurate documentation of care and coordinate care delivery across the team.Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based initiatives to enhance care quality.Support professional development by mentoring, precepting new staff, and maintaining competency standards.Adhere to organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including accreditation standards. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable jurisdiction.Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with certifications in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS required upon hire.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, respond decisively to emergencies, and utilize technology proficiently.Excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
