Registered Nurse - Ear, Nose, and Throat

About the role

A Registered Nurse for the ENT department providing clinic-based triage care across multiple Madison clinics, with occasional outreach coverage outside the area.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and execute physician and nursing orders
• Assess discharge needs and potentially round with physicians
• Apply evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines
• Maintain safety and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent
• Valid RN license and BLS certification in applicable states
• Licenses valid in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin, as applicable
• Constant use of speech, vision, hearing, and mobility
• Occasional lifting, patient movement, bending, and driving

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Physical stamina and ability to perform clinical tasks

Schedule

Day shift with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
