Join our team in Columbia, MO as a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations and assist with clinical operations, compliance, and growth for the nation's largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. This role focuses on evaluation and coordination rather than traditional bedside nursing, emphasizing observation, documentation, and guiding care.
About the role
This position centers on professional nursing judgment, assessment and documentation, coordination of care and services, and oversight rather than routine clinical procedures. We have offices in 60+ cities and nearly 20 states.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing client assessments
- Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care
- Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance
- Educate and support caregivers and office staff
- Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up
- Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams
- Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
