Registered Nurse Director of Operations

This role will assist with clinical operations, compliance, and growth for the nation’s largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. We have offices in 60+ cities and nearly 20 states. The position is centered on evaluation and coordination, not traditional bedside nursing—emphasis is on observing, documenting, and guiding care rather than performing direct clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing client assessments
• Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care
• Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance
• Educate and support caregivers and office staff
• Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams
• Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
