Position Overview This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring professional accountability for assigned patients. The nurse evaluates the effectiveness of care delivered by team members, coordinates patient care with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and deliver direct care based on nursing best practices.Evaluate and improve care quality provided by colleagues.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.Uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times.Adhere to organizational mission, values, and standards of service. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN licensure in the state or through a compact licensure agreement, with ongoing compliance with licensing requirements.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
