Registered Nurse - Dialysis
Position Purpose
The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Dialysis unit to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning.

- Communicates fundamental patient/family information to health care team.

- Observes safe practices and maintains a safe environment while caring for the patient.
Advocates for Patients and Families
- Advocate on behalf of the patient and family.
Identifies Ethical Issues
- Identify and appropriately communicate ethical issues in the practice setting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN).
- Current RN licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing.

- $37.59 - $58.29 per hour
