About the role
Join our outpatient Hemodialysis Clinic as a Registered Nurse, providing specialized care in a 9‑chair facility within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality dialysis care to patients
- Monitoring patient status and adjusting treatments accordingly
- Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Participating in professional growth, education, and shared governance initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- At least one year of dialysis nursing experience
- Relevant clinical experience in nephrology or related fields
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
