Registered Nurse - Dialysis

About the role

The position involves managing complex hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments to safely remove toxins and fluids from patients with kidney failure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and respond to life-threatening complications during treatment.
• Educate patients and families on home care, fluid restrictions, and dietary management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust personalized treatment plans for improved patient outcomes.
• Provide safe, effective dialysis treatments and stabilize critical patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary team members to drive quality care and patient education.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• CPR/BLS certification within 1 month of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure.
• Preferably 2+ years of nursing experience, with dialysis experience highly valued.
