Registered Nurse - Dialysis

About the role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to adult and geriatric ESRD patients in a dialysis clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs, developing, implementing, and revising individualized care plans using the nursing process
• Providing ongoing patient and family education and involving them in care planning
• Communicating effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and ancillary services to ensure continuity of care
• Maintaining professional nursing standards and delegating tasks appropriately

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, walk, sit for extended periods
• Lift up to 30 lbs

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (A.D.N. or diploma) and eligible for licensure in the state
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of government standards and proficiency with computer software
• Commitment to quality patient care and customer service principles
