About the role
A Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Performing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments.
- Monitoring patients during dialysis sessions.
- Administering medications as per physician orders and reviewing patient medication profiles.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and proper staffing.
- Adhering to safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements under supervision.
- Participating in staff meetings and ongoing education.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current nursing license in the relevant state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred: At least one year of nursing experience, with dialysis experience being advantageous.
