About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality dialysis care for patients with kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, including physical assessments and monitoring patients during procedures.
- Complete and document assessments, review medication profiles, and administer medications as ordered.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and appropriate staffing levels.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, participating in staff meetings and continuing education.
- Provide direct patient care, support team coordination, ensure safety and compliance, and participate in ongoing education to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
Skills
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred: one or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis.
