Registered Nurse - Diagnostic Imaging

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care by assessing patients, administering treatments and medications, observing progress, and assisting physicians.
• Develop or support treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients to reduce anxiety and ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet unit goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Deliver patient care under supervision, assist with procedures, and document observations.
• Respond to reactions or deviations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• May include on-call duties and holiday coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Valid Illinois RN licensure.
• Critical Care experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move patients and equipment.
• Ability to interpret data and work in a flexible environment.
