About the role

As a Registered Nurse specializing in diabetes education, you will lead and coordinate diabetes management programs, providing individualized care plans and education to patients. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diabetes management plans tailored to patient needs.
• Provide individualized education to patients and their families on managing diabetes.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
• Experience in diabetes education or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
