Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Role: Registered Nurse, Oncology Location: Endeavor Health Cancer Center - Plainfield, IL Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for oncology patients, utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluating patient care, supervise unlicensed assistive personnel, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes and safety. Qualifications: Current Illinois RN licensure, Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), CPR certification, and at least 1 year of Oncology Outpatient Infusion experience (or relevant ED, ICU, PACU experience). Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary care and promote high-quality patient experiences.
