About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Performing comprehensive assessments
- Developing individualized care plans with patient and family involvement
- Directing care delivery through delegation and coordination
- Evaluating patient responses to interventions
- Promoting professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Ensuring accurate documentation
- Maintaining scope of practice
Requirements
- Current RN license; compact license transfer within 60 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively; manual dexterity; ability to lift and transfer patients; walk, stand, and navigate busy environments; and, if applicable, drive
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
