About the role

You will be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will care for our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various drips.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
• Provide high-focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1 year of recent (within the last 2–3 years) Acute Care ICU RN experience
• Would consider 2+ years of PCU RN experience
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required (compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation)
• Associate Degree; BSN preferred
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire/transfer
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire/transfer
