Registered Nurse - Critical Care (ICU) - Full-Time - Night Shift

Role Overview: This position involves providing compassionate patient care across multiple healthcare facilities as part of a support team. The LPN Float will support various units, supporting teams, and enhancing patient outcomes through direct care, education, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled patient care under RN supervision, including assessments and procedures.Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient support.Monitor patient conditions and assist in adjusting care plans.Educate patients and families on self-care and safety practices.Maintain accurate and timely documentation, participating in team communication.Engage in ongoing training and contribute to team projects. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent and current LPN license in Georgia.Minimum of 3+ years recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure with a patient-focused approach.
