About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practice and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Partners with patients and families to deliver individualized care.
• Promotes teamwork, documentation, and performance improvement activities.
• Supports professional development, mentorship, and research initiatives.
• Advocates for system policies and safety standards.
• Participates in protocol development for optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with clinical technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies.
