Registered Nurse-Critical Care Float Full-Time Days

Job Description

The RN Float - Critical Care reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members, while maintaining ANA standards of professional nursing practice.
• Ability to float to multiple assigned areas including critical care and step-down units.

Qualifications

• Required: The float RN must possess three or more years of current acute critical care experience within the past 5 years.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire
