About the Role

The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and coordinates nursing care in the ICU, ensuring patient-centered, high-quality services during hospital stays.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develops, evaluates, and updates individualized care plans.
• Implements nursing interventions and documents patient responses.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provides patient and family education on health management.
• Ensures adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Recognizes changes in patient conditions and responds appropriately.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in applicable states.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
