About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Critical Care (CCU) to provide specialized, high-quality care in an 18-bed cardiac intensive care unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and ensuring individualized, relationship-based, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care accurately.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support professional development by mentoring colleagues.
• Participate in performance improvement.
• Uphold organizational policies and standards, including regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Engage in proactive resource planning, protocol development, and contribute to research and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BSN from an accredited program.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred.
