Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate client health status and environmental safety to pinpoint specific care requirements.
- Construct personalized clinical roadmaps and define actionable wellness milestones.
- Monitor and manage long-term health conditions to ensure stability and prevent nighttime complications.
- Administer advanced treatments including post-operative recovery care, wound management, and precise medication administration.
- Empower clients and their designated representatives through education regarding medical diagnoses and daily care routines.
- Provide vigilant, holistic overnight support that ensures patient comfort, safety, and peace of mind.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license.
- 3 years of experience as a registered nurse.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Proof of Negative TB result.
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year.
- Active California Drivers license and car insurance.
- Cell phone with Internet Access.

Pay
