Primary Responsibilities

• Initial & Ongoing Assessments: Evaluate client health status and environmental safety to pinpoint specific care requirements
• Care Plan Formulation: Construct personalized clinical roadmaps and define actionable wellness milestones
• Chronic Condition Oversight: Monitor and manage long-term health conditions to ensure stability and prevent nighttime complications
• Specialized Clinical Support: Administer advanced treatments including post-operative recovery care, wound management, and precise medication administration
• Family Guidance: Empower clients and their designated representatives through education regarding medical diagnoses and daily care routines
• Overnight Wellness Advocacy: Provide vigilant, holistic overnight support that ensures patient comfort, safety, and peace of mind

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license
• 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Active California Drivers license and car insurance
• Cell phone with Internet Access

Pay

Hourly Pay Rate: $45-$80 based on experience. Potential for team bonus.
