Ensign Services, Inc. (“ESI”) is a subsidiary of The Ensign Group, Inc., a leader in the post-acute care industry. ESI provides support services to over 378 facilities employing over 55,000 employees. The Compliance Department seeks a Registered Nurse - Compliance Partner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and presents regular training on clinical compliance and general healthcare compliance topics.
- Performs clinical systems compliance audits.
- Reviews medical records to detect possible compliance or quality issues and develops corrective action plans.
- Conducts internal investigations involving general compliance and clinical issues under the direction of a lead compliance partner or the Chief Compliance Officer.
- Travel required 70% of the time within Washington and surrounding areas/states.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility required, 3-5 years preferred.
- Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the skilled nursing industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
