About the role

The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care during patient hospital stays, assessing, managing, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams using a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Deliver and document nursing interventions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ensure patient safety and manage pain
• Recognize and report abuse
• Incorporate evidence-based practices for quality improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license in applicable states
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Adherence to safety and infection control policies
• Ability to adapt to changing demands
• Professionalism in relating with colleagues and patients
