Registered Nurse - Colorectal Surgery

Seeking a registered nurse (RN) to coordinate comprehensive nursing care, including direct patient support, education, and care transitions. The RN will support professional practice across various settings, ensuring all phases of care are planned, implemented, and evaluated according to established standards and the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model. Responsibilities include providing leadership through mentorship, participating in quality improvement, and delegating patient care appropriately based on skill, acuity, and resources. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program, with preferred prior experience in ambulatory or clinical settings. Candidates must hold a current RN license, demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and computer skills, and be adaptable to varied work hours.
