Registered Nurse – Clinical Team Coordinator

About the role

Provides direct patient care in an inpatient setting, supervising assigned personnel, and supporting unit operations. Collaborates with team members to ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care while promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff, participates in orientation, performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
• Conveys relevant patient care and operational information, supports policy development, and ensures staff compliance with regulations.
• Acts as a resource, mentors staff, and facilitates evidence-based practices and research activities.
• Coordinates resource use, manages patient and family concerns, and follows up on incidents.
• Supports a healthy work environment aligned with Magnet philosophies, fostering professional growth and patient involvement.
• Ensures documentation accuracy and assists in unit-level improvement initiatives.
• Emphasizes delivering high-quality care, staff mentorship, and unit management to optimize patient satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a BSN program with at least 2 years of experience.

Skills

Schedule

Night shifts, with flexibility to meet business needs.
