Registered Nurse - Clinical Practice Team Lead - Vascular Surgery

Our busy, steady-paced Vascular Surgery practice is seeking an organized, patient-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading a clinical team by assisting, directing, and delegating work to support staff while promoting a collaborative and efficient workflow. Experience in wound care is preferred, although we welcome candidates with a strong interest in learning and developing expertise in complex wound management. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing care responsibilities with team leadership and coordination.

Responsibilities

The RN Clinical Practice Team Lead role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas.

Requirements

• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $83,324.80 to $112,736.00 per year. Compensation for part‑time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with scheduled hours and applicable full‑time equivalent (FTE). The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

Schedule

This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or major holidays, providing excellent work‑life balance.
