We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Benefits: list: Mileage Reimbursement, Referral Bonus, Bonus based on performance, Company parties, Competitive salary, Donation matching, Employee discounts, Flexible schedule, Health insurance, Opportunity for advancement, Paid time off, Profit sharing, Signing bonus, Training & development - Seeking Registered Nurses (RN): Flexible Hours, Autonomy, Work-Life Balance, Leadership Opportunity Full-Time, Part Time, Per-Diem, Flexible Hours Salary: $45-55 per hour based on experience and qualifications Hours: 20-40 Hours/week - Come join the dedicated team at BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn a recognized leader in home health services, and help us provide exceptional care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. - Why join BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn as a Registered Nurse (RN)? Empowering Environment: We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development. Flexible Scheduling: Tailor your work schedule to meet your lifestyle needs with our flexible shift options. Rewarding Benefits: Enjoy rewards like performance bonuses, professional development opportunities, and wellness programs, designed to keep you at your best both professionally and personally. - Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities: list of duties. - Registered Nurse (RN) Qualification and Requirements: Must Haves list, Nice to Haves list. - As the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of our home care services. This Registered Nurse Clinical Manager (RN) leader will own the overall responsibility for quality, adequacy and reliability of our home care services program – Plan of Care management, staff supervision and clinical compliance. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro description), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Must Haves and Nice to Haves?), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (maybe list some?), Benefits (list), Pay (salary range), Schedule (hours). Also maybe "Qualifications" separate from "Requirements". The posting includes both Must Haves and Nice to Haves; we could put under Requirements (Must Haves) and Skills (Nice to Haves) or Qualifications. But we must not create sections with filler. We have real content for each. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no

Registered Nurse (RN)

. Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: introductory paragraph(s) describing the role, mission, why join, etc. Could combine the "Come join..." and "Why join..." paragraphs. Responsibilities: list of duties under "Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities". Requirements: Must Haves list. Qualifications: maybe could be same as Requirements? But we need distinct sections if we have content. Could treat Qualifications as the Nice to Haves? Or maybe we can put Qualifications as the combination of Must Haves and Nice to Haves? But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we can have Requirements = Must Haves, Qualifications = Nice to Haves (or vice versa). However the instructions: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can include any of those that have real content. We have content for Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Responsibilities, Requirements (Must Haves), Qualifications (maybe Nice to Haves), Skills (maybe some skills like leadership, IV infusion, etc). But we need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. We have specific content for Skills? The posting mentions skills like "IV Infusion Therapy Expertise", "Sales & Business Development Mindset", "Leadership & Management", "Care Plan Development", "Quality Assurance & Risk Management", "Problem-Solving & Decision-Making", "Flexibility & Availability". Those could be considered skills. Could put under Skills section. Qualifications could be the license and experience requirements (maybe same as Must Haves). But we already have Requirements for Must Haves. To avoid duplication, we could treat Requirements as the "Must Haves" and Qualifications as the "Nice to Haves". Or we could combine Must Haves and Nice to Haves under Requirements and leave Qualifications empty (but we shouldn't create empty section). So better to split. Thus: - About the role: intro paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: Must Haves list. - Qualifications: Nice to Haves list. - Skills: maybe list of specific skill areas (IV Infusion Therapy Expertise, Sales & Business Development Mindset, Leadership & Management, Care Plan Development, Quality Assurance & Risk Management, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making, Flexibility & Availability). Could also include CPR Certification, etc. But those are in Must Haves. Might be overlapping. To avoid duplication, we could put Skills as the specific skill areas (IV Infusion Therapy Expertise, Sales & Business Development Mindset, Leadership & Management, Care Plan Development, Quality Assurance & Risk Management, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making, Flexibility & Availability). And Requirements as license, experience, CPR, reliable car, etc. Qualifications as Nice to Haves. - Benefits: list. - Pay: salary range $45-55 per hour. - Schedule: Hours: 20-40 Hours/week, Flexible scheduling, Full-Time, Part Time, Per-Diem, Flexible Hours. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The posting says Salary: $45-55 per hour based on experience and qualifications. That's specific enough. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

Check for any duplicated content: We listed many items in Requirements that also appear as skills; but we separated skills as a paragraph summarizing. Might be okay. Ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also mentions "As the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of our home care services. This Registered Nurse Clinical Manager (RN) leader will own the overall responsibility for quality, adequacy and reliability of our home care services program – Plan of Care management, staff supervision and clinical compliance." This is additional description maybe could go under About the role or Responsibilities. It's about managerial aspects. Could add to About the role or Responsibilities. Since it's about the role, we can add a paragraph after the intro. Let's incorporate into About the role: add a sentence: "As the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of our home care services, owning overall responsibility for quality, adequacy and reliability of the home care services program – including plan of care management, staff supervision, and clinical compliance." We need to ensure we didn't lose any other info: The posting also mentions "Full-Time, Part Time, Per-Diem, Flexible Hours" under Seeking Registered Nurses (RN): Flexible Hours, Autonomy, Work-Life Balance, Leadership Opportunity Full-Time, Part Time, Per-Diem, Flexible Hours. We captured that in Schedule. Also
