- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
- Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
- Active Registered Nurse RN License – Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
- Clinical Home Care Experience – At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing facility.
- IV Infusion Therapy Expertise – Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition).
- Wound Care - Provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT/Wound VAC management).
- Sales & Business Development Mindset – Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners
- CPR Certification
- Care Plan Development – Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance (Required)
- Flexibility & Availability – Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies
