Registered Nurse Clinical Lead - Stepdown

Role Overview: The Surgical Nurse coordinates staffing, provides leadership, and ensures delivery of high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: Assigns and monitors nursing and support staff, plans shifts and patient care based on daily needs, manages patient care assignments, addresses patient care concerns, ensures resource availability, prioritizes patient and physician needs, and participates in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
