Role: Registered Nurse Clinical Lead for a Stepdown unit. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver high-quality care to clinically complex adult patients transitioning from ICU-level care.Lead and mentor nursing staff, supporting evidence-based practices and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, monitor patient progress, and respond to clinical changes.Foster a compassionate, inclusive culture emphasizing continuous learning, innovation, and professional development.Support patient- and family-centered care to enhance overall patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current registered nurse licensure.Experience in acute or stepdown care settings.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Knowledge of clinical protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based practice.Ability to mentor staff and promote a positive, patient-focused environment.
