About the role

The Clinical Coordinator is a registered nurse responsible for providing leadership and support within a healthcare department, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate department activities, manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relations
• Support standards of practice, compliance, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and management to promote effective communication and teamwork
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practices
• Support staff education, onboarding, and professional development
• Manage resources efficiently, foster a safe environment, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute to fiscal responsibility and process improvements
• Serve as a subject matter expert, role model, and change agent to advance nursing practice and leadership
