About the role

The Clinical Coordinator is a registered nurse responsible for leading and supporting departmental activities to ensure quality patient care and adherence to standards, policies, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relations
• Implement practice standards and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among staff, physicians, and departments
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing staff education and promoting evidence-based practice
• Oversee performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and operational efficiency
