Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and monitor their progress
- Supervise clinical staff, particularly PCTs
- Ensure the safety and compassion of dialysis delivery
- Build lasting connections with patients and families
- Operate in a quick-paced, team-focused atmosphere
Requirements
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
