Registered Nurse - Clinical Care Coordinator III - FPG OB/GYN, Sarasota (Rand Blvd)

About the role

The Clinical Care Coordinator III is responsible for providing patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assisting in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to age-specific population needs
• Aid in the management of patient care in the physician office setting
• Must have Basic Life Support/CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire/transfer date
• Must have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program
• Must have at least one year of clinical practice experience in a medical/physician office setting
• Prioritize Electronic Health Records experience
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Show strong oral and written communication skills
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining proficiency and efficiency

Requirements
